Anxiety

You' Don’t Have to Navigate This Level of Overwhelm Alone

Anxiety can feel like your mind and body are on overdrive — racing thoughts, tension, restlessness, difficulty concentrating, or a constant sense that something isn’t quite right. It can impact sleep, relationships, work, and your ability to feel present in your own life.

In our work together, we’ll get curious about what your anxiety is trying to protect or alert you to, rather than judging it or trying to shut it down. Using somatic tools, grounding techniques, and a harm-reduction lens, we’ll support your nervous system, understand triggers and patterns, and build strategies that help you feel more steady, capable, and in control.

You don’t need to “fix everything” to begin.
We’ll move at your pace, exploring what helps you feel calmer, clearer, and more connected.

How Therapy Can Help Anxiety

  • Understand What Your Anxiety is Trying to Tell You

Anxiety isn’t just a set of symptoms — it’s a signal from your nervous system. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, emotional cues, and life experiences that activate your anxiety. You’ll learn to recognize what your body is responding to and how to meet those moments with more compassion, clarity, and choice.

This approach is collaborative, shame-free, and paced around what feels manageable for you.

  • Build Tools That Support Your Mind & Body

We’ll practice practical, nervous-system–based tools that help you feel more grounded and steady in real time. This may include somatic techniques, sensory strategies, grounding, communication skills, and ways to interrupt spirals without ignoring your emotions.

You’ll learn which tools actually work for your body and why — no one-size-fits-all fixes.

  • Create Sustainable Change (Without Pressure)

Lasting change doesn’t come from forcing yourself out of anxiety — it comes from support, repetition, and approaches that honor your lived experience. We’ll work on strengthening boundaries, improving communication, and building resilience in a way that feels empowering instead of overwhelming.

The goal isn’t perfection. It’s helping you feel more regulated, confident, and in control of your life.

You don’t have to navigate anxiety alone. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start, I’m here to offer support that feels steady, compassionate, and non-judgmental. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s happening in your mind and body, build tools that actually work for you, and create a path forward that feels doable—not pressured.

If you’re ready to feel more regulated, grounded, and supported, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
